1. About THRYFTIFY THRYFTIFY sells thrifted and vintage clothing, both as single pieces and in bulk, through this website.

2. Eligibility You must be at least [18] years old, or have permission from a parent/guardian, to make a purchase.

3. Product listings

  • Single-piece items are one-of-a-kind; once sold, they're not restocked.
  • We aim for accurate descriptions, photos, and condition grading (see Quality Policy), but minor variation in color (due to photography/lighting) may occur.
  • Bulk lots are sold by grade mix and category, not by individual item guarantee — see Bulk Order Policy.

4. Pricing Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at the time you complete checkout.

5. Orders and payment Orders are confirmed once payment is received. See Payment Policy for accepted methods and terms.

6. Shipping See Shipping Policy for delivery timelines and costs.

7. Returns and refunds See Refund & Return Policy for what's eligible and how to request one.

8. Account responsibility If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

  • Resell items purchased at retail (single-piece) prices as new
  • Misuse the bulk ordering system (e.g., fraudulent orders, chargebacks without cause)

10. Intellectual property All content on thryftify.com — text, photos, logos, and design — belongs to THRYFTIFY and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Limitation of liability THRYFTIFY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products purchased, beyond the value of the order itself.

12. Changes to these terms We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
