Shipping Policy

Processing time Orders are processed within [1–3 business days] of payment confirmation. Bulk orders may take longer — confirmed at the time of order.

Courier All orders — within Pakistan and international — are shipped via ECL (Express Courier Logistics).

Delivery times Delivery generally takes 1 week to 10–12 days, depending on your location. Delays can happen due to customs clearance, weather, or courier network issues, and are outside our control.

We ship globally THRYFTIFY ships worldwide. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Customs & import duties Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.

Bulk order shipping Bulk orders are also shipped via ECL, quoted separately based on weight and destination, with the same 1 week–10-12 day delivery window as a general guideline. See Bulk Order Policy.

Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by [email/SMS/WhatsApp] once your order ships.

Delays Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays from courier services, weather, or customs (for international orders) are outside our control, but we'll keep you updated if something's held up.

Lost or damaged in transit If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within [7 days] of the expected delivery date. See Support / Contact.
