How THRYFTIFY Works

1. Sourcing We source thrifted and vintage clothing from [bale suppliers / local markets / import lots — specify]. Every batch goes through inspection before anything is listed.

2. Sorting & Grading Each piece is checked for condition, fabric, and authenticity of style/era where relevant. Items are graded (see our Quality Policy for grading criteria) and photographed as-is.

3. Listing

• Single pieces go up individually with real photos, measurements, and a condition grade.
• Bulk lots are listed by category, size range, and grade mix, with per-piece average cost.

4. Ordering

• Buy single pieces directly through the site like any normal order.
• For bulk orders, contact us through Support / Contact or use the bulk order form if listed — we confirm availability and quote shipping before you pay.

5. Shipping Once payment is confirmed, orders are packed and shipped per our Shipping Policy.

6. After You Receive It Check the item against the listing. If something doesn't match what was described, see our Refund & Return Policy.
