When payment is charged Payment is collected at the time of checkout for standard orders. Bulk orders follow the terms in our Bulk Order Policy (e.g., deposit + balance, or full payment upfront).
Currency All prices are listed in [PKR / USD — specify]. If you're paying from outside Pakistan, your bank may apply conversion rates and fees.
Payment security Payments are processed through [payment processor name], which is PCI-compliant. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Failed or declined payments If your payment fails, your order won't be processed. Try again or use an alternate payment method. Contact Support / Contact if the issue continues.

Order cancellations Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before they've shipped. Once an order ships, our Refund & Return Policy applies instead.
